By accessing or using Cashback Hive, Inc. ("Cashback Hive," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, mobile experiences, and the Cashback Hive ChatGPT app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cashback Hive. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may only maintain one Cashback Hive account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Earning Cashback

To earn cashback, you must use a Cashback Hive tracked link to reach a retailer. Tracked links are available on the Cashback Hive website and through the Cashback Hive ChatGPT app. Cashback is earned on qualifying purchases made during that shopping session.

Tracking Requirements

Cashback tracking requires cookies to be enabled in the browser you use to complete your purchase. Using ad-blockers, browser privacy modes, or clearing cookies during a shopping session may prevent cashback from being tracked. These requirements apply regardless of whether you obtained the tracked link from our website or the ChatGPT app.

Cashback Rates

Cashback rates are subject to change without notice. The rate displayed at the time you click through to a store applies to that transaction. Some products or categories may be excluded from cashback.

Pending and Confirmed Status

Cashback initially appears as "pending" and becomes "confirmed" after the retailer validates the purchase and any return period has passed. This typically takes 30-90 days depending on the store.

Minimum Threshold

You may withdraw your confirmed cashback balance once it reaches the minimum threshold of $10. Pending cashback is not eligible for withdrawal.

Payment Methods

We offer withdrawals via PayPal, bank transfer, and gift cards. Processing times vary by method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.

Fees

Cashback Hive does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees for receiving funds.

ChatGPT and Other Platforms

The Cashback Hive ChatGPT app is accessed through OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Your use of that platform is subject to OpenAI's own terms of use and usage policies in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of ChatGPT or any other third-party platform through which you access the Service.

Authentication

Certain features of the ChatGPT app, such as viewing your cashback balance, require you to sign in to your Cashback Hive account through an OAuth flow. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity that occurs through your authenticated session.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Fraud and Abuse

Making fraudulent purchases, returning items to extract cashback, using bots or automated tools, or any form of cashback manipulation.

Account Violations

Creating multiple accounts, sharing account credentials, or transferring cashback between accounts.

Unauthorized Use

Attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with our systems, or reverse-engineering our platform.

Commercial Use

Using Cashback Hive for commercial purposes, reselling cashback, or operating cashback arbitrage schemes.

Restricted Data Submissions

Submitting payment card numbers, bank account credentials, passwords, API keys, government identifiers, protected health information, or other restricted or sensitive data through the ChatGPT app. The ChatGPT app is not designed to collect or process such information.

Platform Policy Violations

Using the Service, including the ChatGPT app, in any manner that violates OpenAI's usage policies or any other applicable third-party platform terms.

By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending or confirmed cashback balance will be forfeited upon account closure unless withdrawn beforehand. You may also disconnect the ChatGPT app at any time through ChatGPT's connected-app settings.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform. In cases of fraud, any unpaid cashback will be forfeited.

Service Availability

Cashback Hive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service, including the website or the ChatGPT app, or that all purchases will be tracked successfully.

Third-Party Brands and Platforms

We are not responsible for the products, services, or policies of third-party retailers or platforms. Your purchases are subject to each store's own terms and conditions. Your use of third-party platforms such as ChatGPT is subject to their respective terms.

Cashback Not Guaranteed

While we strive for accurate tracking, cashback cannot be guaranteed for every purchase. Technical issues, retailer policies, or user actions may prevent cashback from being credited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashback Hive and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of cashback credited to your account in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal complaint, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, including to reflect changes to the ChatGPT app or other parts of the Service. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Cashback Hive after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
